VACANT STAGING

 

An empty home presents a challenge.  It allows the opportunity for potential buyers to deflect from key features of the home, and instead, they will focus on the lesser important details.

 

Based on my experience as a Home Stager, an unfurnished home feels uninviting, cold, and can look smaller versus larger.  Stage to Sell Design, will fully furnish and accessorize the major areas or do a partial staging with vignettes that will highlight the key design features and focal points of the home that are lost in an empty space.

 

Vacant Staging includes:

• Assessing and recommending the most important areas for home staging

• Sourcing all the furnishings/accessories required for each room/area

• Delivery and pick-up of the rental inventory, staging and de-staging
